Value but underwhelming

Good-sized apartments for a reasonable price. However, very small parking garage with limited spaces, inconsistent spot sizes and a false-security gate. Only true amenities are a rooftop that only occupies 1/4 of the roof and gym consisting of 2 treadmills and limited dumbbells. Its a good value apartment but if you have a few extra hundred to spend a month, other properties will provide more for what you’re paying…

The property staff is definitely 10/10. Jacob is so helpful, and we really appreciate all his help and efforts in everything. The location is perfect for sure. It's close to everything you need and there're also some little parks nearby which are good for a morning run or walking a dog. We enjoyed our stay at Park Metro.
