I have been living at the district apartments for a year now. I live in the only studio apartment at the complex, so the space is very unique and fits me perfectly. In total, I have only had two issues, and both were resolved quickly and without any stress. The maintenance staff is friendly, and if you befriend them, they serve you like royalty. The leasing office is filled with four beautiful ladies who always fulfill any request. The pool is cleaned regularly, they have regular community events, and you can feel at home. Come live with me and ask the office for “the black James Bond” so I can introduce myself.
