I have been living at this property since last 3 years and have enjoyed the property and community a lot. Well maintained and customer service has been great. One of the best apartments near Austin downtown to live in. Would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an apartment in Austin. Near freeway and access to lot of shops and restaurants around.

great apartments

I have mostly liked living here- there are a few things that could be improved upon but for the most part it's been great. Parking is always easy, even covered parking. My only complaint about my apartment is the A/C. It drips water whenever it runs and is more expensive than other places I've lived despite not working as well, meaning it's just pretty old. It's a spacious apartment and the rent is reasonable.
