No Help

The best part of living here is the location, it’s quiet, and the neighbors. Everything else is not so good. It is very difficult to reach the manager, especially through the phone. And when you do get in contact, you tell them the problems you’re having, from the gate code not working to property damages caused by maintenance, they are little to no help. Even when you ask or give solutions to these problems, you are ignored. Not only are they no help, you’ll be told one thing and later they’ll tell you something else, e.g., I asked for a remote for the gate and I was told I’ll be put on the waiting list, then I was told they had plenty and it would cost me $25. I pay a good amount to live here, shouldn’t I get a gate remote automatically?Communication is not good at all. The only time communication suffices is when rent is due. The speed bumps in this place are ridiculous. They are like mountains and can cause serious damage to a car. I have to get up 15 minutes earlier just to get out of here and make it on time to work. If you have a busy life, good luck with getting in touch with management and resolving your issues in a timely manner.
